Two hundred years of stone, and an authentic atmosphere.
The kitchen is a real kitchen: two sinks, a fridge, an oven, a four-burner stove and a long worktop.
The sitting room with the fireplace, the two sofas, the big wooden table and the piano is the heart of the Casale — but in summer, when the bedrooms are booked individually, it stays a family space. We open it to guests in winter, to those living the coliving, and to those taking the estate exclusively for an event or a retreat.
Outside, a covered terrace with two tables for eating outdoors and a large garden with armchairs. The entrance and garden are private; the pool, a few steps away, is shared with the Casaletto and with us. A few metres from the Casale, on the estate, there’s also the shala: eighty square metres with a sprung wooden floor, for yoga and other activities.
The two bathrooms are in the hallway and shared between the four bedrooms. We write it here and not at the bottom of the page: for a family or a group of friends it has never been a problem, but it’s right to know before booking.

Four bedrooms, eleven beds
Three triple rooms and a fourth, cosier one, with a single-and-a-half bed and a single bed — in the triples, the single beds join into a double if needed.
The four bedrooms share the two hallway bathrooms. Tell us how you’d like to be settled in — couples, families or groups — and we’ll set up the rooms accordingly.
