The estate doesn’t close in winter: it opens its doors to those who really want to slow down.
A room for a longer stretch of time, for those who work remotely and want to spend the winter somewhere else. Utilities and Starlink included, heating billed by usage, and a small desk in every room.
First thing: the connection holds.
Then comes the fireplace, the kitchen, and the fact that in January there’s no one here — just real, authentic nature, ideal for introspective retreats, personal projects or simply the wish to slow down. And the sky: in winter the nights are the clearest of the year.
The Casale offers four rooms for coliving, the Casaletto two or three. Each room hosts either one person or a couple.

You’ll need a car. We say it upfront, not afterwards.
We’re six kilometres from Scansano, at the end of a country lane, partly unpaved, and there’s no public transport. Having your own car isn’t just nice to have — it’s a real necessity.
