You come in through your own gate, and you meet no one.

On the ground floor, the little sitting room with the sofa and fireplace, the equipped kitchenette and two bedrooms; on the first floor, two more bedrooms. Outside, the covered terrace looks straight onto the olive grove, with the wooden table for eating outdoors and armchairs for watching the hills.

Private entrance, own garden, parking for three cars. The barbecue and the pool are shared with the Casale, a minute’s walk away. And there’s a foosball table.

At night, look up: it’s one of the best areas in Italy for watching the stars.

The triple room, on the ground floor, has its own private bathroom; the other three bedrooms share the two hallway bathrooms — one on the ground floor, next to the sitting room, one on the first floor. We write it here and not at the bottom of the page: it’s the first thing people look for.
